When will I receive my order?
We dispatch orders within 48 hours. If you've chosen free standard delivery, please expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days.
You may also choose same-day delivery or next-day delivery on checkout. Please place your order before 3pm for next-day delivery.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free standard delivery for all orders with a minimum purchase of $100. You may also choose same-day and next-day delivery on checkout.

Firstly, we're sorry you received the wrong or faulty product. Please contact us either by email at hello@casaalessia.com or drop us a WhatsApp message on +65 8022 9459 (Monday - Sunday, 8am-6pm), and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue.
