Returning Your Purchase

If you decide to return your purchase within 30 days of the date you received the item, we offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return process.
  1. Email us at hello@casaalessia.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your return.

  2. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, include photos in your email so we can arrange a prompt replacement.

  3. Our return policy applies to orders made after 30 Oct 2023. We're here to help and make your return process smooth and easy.

 

Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that your items meet the following returnable conditions:

- The return is initiated within 30 days after delivery.
- The item is in new condition and has not been used.
- The original packaging is intact.
- The item is not marked as "As-Is," "Made-to-Order," or "Final Sale" (indicated on the product page).
Please be aware that we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above conditions or if the item is no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, abnormal usage, etc.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable:

  • Personalised Items: Any custom-made or personalised products.
  • Used Items: Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased on clearance or during special promotions.
  • Perishable Goods: Any items that have a limited shelf life.
  • Gift Cards: All types of gift cards or vouchers.
  • Hygiene-Related Items: Products such as dishcloths or kitchen towels once their packaging has been opened.
  • Fragile Items: Items such as glassware or ceramics that have been opened and used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

    Refund Amount
    As we incur hard shipping costs from logistics, it's important to note that all delivery costs are non-refundable. Voucher codes cannot be re-issued if you return your order.


    This means you will not be able to use the same voucher code for another order if the promotion has ended. If you return an item purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
