What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 100 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp if you've enabled notifications. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at hello@casaalessia.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we welcome visitors to our studio at 194 Pandan Loop #04-05, Pantech Business Hub, by appointment. You may book your visit here.

I've received my order but it's faulty. What should I do?

We're sorry you received the wrong or faulty product. We're dedicated to resolving any issues. Please contact us via WhatsApp at 8022 9459 or drop us an email, hello@casaalessia.com to request a swift replacement.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service team at hello@casaalessia.com or drop us a WhatsApp message at 8022 9459, Monday - Sunday, 8am - 6pm with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

Are your ceramic items free from harmful chemicals

and safe for daily use?

Absolutely, our ceramic tableware are 100% lead-free and made without harmful chemicals, ensuring they are safe for everyday use and consumption.

What is the material of your product?

The material for each product is listed on the product page, under the "Details" section. If you have further questions about the material, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How do I care for the product?

Care instructions for each product are also listed on the product page.

Do your ceramics scratch?

All matte and semi-matte ceramics are susceptible to marks from cutlery use. These aren’t actual scratches but metal residue that can be cleaned off easily using Bar Keepers Friend Cleanser & Polish or a baking soda solution.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Please visit our dedicated page for GIFTING where you can find a selection of products that are pre-wrapped in sustainable and beautiful packaging. Additionally, if you would like us to handwrite a personalised message on a card, simply leave the message in the personal note section during checkout. 

Gift Cards

Choose from our digital gift cards, available from $50 to $1000, perfect for any occasion. Purchase them here and redeem directly on our site.


Please note gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. To gift, simply select your desired amount, 'Send a Gift Card,' then fill in the recipient's details, including a personalised message, and add it to your cart.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayNow via HitPay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Do you offer instalment payment options?

Yes, we offer instalment payment options via GrabPay and Atome.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.

4. Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

We dispatch orders within 36 hours. If you've chosen free standard delivery, please expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days.


You may also choose same-day delivery or next-day delivery on checkout. Please place your order before 3pm for next-day delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard delivery for all Singapore orders with a minimum purchase of $100. You may also choose same-day and next-day delivery on checkout.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we extend our shipping services to Malaysia, in addition to Singapore. Stay tuned, as we plan to expand our shipping destinations.
