2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Item*: Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including personalised items, used items, sale items, perishable goods, gift cards, hygiene-related items, and fragile items once opened.

4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.

5. Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
