Casa Alessia products are easy to use and clean. The high-fired body offers a safe food surface and ensures that the colours never fade. Can be safely used in a dishwasher, microwave, oven and a freezer.

Note: Hand washing is recommended for longevity, but if using a dishwasher, choose a delicate cycle.

We ship your orders within 48 hours of the order date. Please note that transit times can vary, typically ranging from 1 to 5 working days from the date your order was shipped.

Our Standard Delivery timing is Monday to Saturday, between 9:30am - 6:00pm.

30-Day Return Policy

Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 days.
