Casa Alessia products are easy to use and clean. The high-fired body offers a safe food surface and ensures that the colours never fade. Can be safely used in a dishwasher, microwave, oven and a freezer.

Note: Hand washing is recommended for longevity, but if using a dishwasher, choose a delicate cycle.

We ship your orders within 36 hours of the order date. Please note that transit times can vary, typically ranging from 1 to 5 working days from the date your order was shipped.

Our Standard Delivery timing is Monday to Saturday, between 9:30am - 6:00pm.

30-Day Return Policy

To initiate your return process, kindly reach out to us at hello@casaalessia.com. We're here to make your return experience as smooth as possible, allowing you to return items within 30 days of your purchase, provided they're in new, unused condition and still in their original packaging.

Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 days.
